Factory Expansion – Civil & Structural Works

This project encompasses the full-scope execution of specialized civil and structural engineering works in support of a major factory expansion initiative. The defined scope of work includes heavy-duty civil engineering foundations, precision structural steel fabrication and erection, high-performance industrial flooring systems, elevated water tank support structures, and the seamless integration of all new works with the client’s existing facility infrastructure.All delivered in strict adherence to international industrial Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and protocols.

Engineered for Efficiency: Key Execution Phases

• Machine Foundation Engineering: Excavation, reinforcement, and pouring of heavy-duty concrete foundations specifically engineered to support high-vibration industrial machinery.
• Structural Steel Fabrication & Installation: Design and erection of a robust structural steel framework (mezzanines/platforms) engineered to support industrial machinery and process tanks, including integrated access walkways.
• Facility Integration: Connecting and integrating the new structural steel layout and machinery lines with the company’s existing main factory building and utility lines.
• Industrial Flooring & Slab-on-Grade: Pouring and finishing a high-strength, durable concrete floor slab designed to withstand heavy wheel loads, machinery traffic, and industrial wear.
• Elevated Water Tank Foundations: Engineering and constructing reinforced concrete foundations and support columns for high-elevation water storage tanks, ensuring structural stability against wind and seismic forces.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Policy: All work was carried out in accordance with international industrial safety standards. Therefore, comprehensive risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and the use proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe scaffolding systems were implemented to protect against falls when working at heights.
