Chemical Piping & SCADA

The project covers the full engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning (EPIC) of a high-pressure chemical process piping system with dedicated automation. It is built to handle corrosive chemicals safely, integrated into the factory’s central control network for real-time oversight, and protected by a grounding and bonding system for personnel safety and regulatory compliance.

Technical Scope & Project Execution Overview

• High-Pressure Chemical Piping Network: Engineering, welding, and pressure-testing of specialized, corrosion-resistant piping (stainless steel and chemical-grade alloys) and smart distribution manifolds to safely interconnect process and storage tanks based on precise PFDs.

• Automation & Control System (SCADA / PLC): Construction of a secure, climate-controlled control room and assembly of main control panels (MCP) with HMIs, fully integrated into the existing factory system for seamless data exchange and synchronized emergency shutdowns.

• Electrical Earthing & Grounding Network: Installation of a robust, low-resistance industrial earthing grid, including the bonding and grounding of all metal structures and tanks to dissipate static electricity and completely mitigate explosion risks.
